to Order
To
place an order online
Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or online
checks can be used with your Pay Pal account. We are
a verified member of Pay Pal, providing secure online
transactions.

place an order using fax or mail
Use our Printable Order Form (can be printed on
your printer). Fill out the order form and send with
your credit card information, a check or money order

Most
orders are processed within 24 hours. Please allow
up to 5 business days for checks to clear.

(date on invoice). If your order does not meet your
expectations, we will give you a full refund or a

Return Policy
If
returning an item, it must be in new/unused condition
along with original packaging within 15 days from
the invoice date.
Include
a written reason for return along with your invoice
number, your name and address. Please let us know
if you would like us to replace, exchange or give
a credit/refund. Return product using your choice

Damaged Return
If
you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping,
is defective or is not the item you ordered, save
the box and all packing material and contact us at
sales@pinkbellygifts.com.
We will let you know how to proceed. We will also
make sure a replacement is sent to you promptly.
